ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico. Flexible to be 100% onsite; or remote with onsite travel when needed Responsibilities Work on several applications simultaneously in a highly agile development environment. Maintain compliance with the laboratory's high-security requirements. Resolve a wide range of complex technical issues using creative problem-solving. Analyze complex data and develop effective technical solutions. Contribute to the organization's goals and objectives. Work independently with limited supervision and manage assigned work. Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to accomplish objectives. Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to solve technical problems. Provide limited technical direction or coordinate the work of other team members. Complete work that is evaluated upon completion rather than through continuous oversight. Requirements Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; additional, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.
