Key responsibilities: Perform project management of outsourced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects Participate in the system analysis, design and implementation in various ICT projects Work with business owners to establish a clear programme of activities Assist in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turn them into structural system specifications Prepare technical specifications for application, hardware equipment, software, and services Assist in design, development and implementation of web applications and systems Design the system infrastructure and network security measures Requirements Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects At least 6 years experience in application development & management At least 4 years experience in Java Spring Framework and Javascript Solid experience in system analysis, design and implementation on system development project Solid experience in contractor management Solid experience in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turn them into structural system specifications Solid experience in system development and programming Solid experience in web application development and programming Good communication skills Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese If interested for the above position, please send detailed resume with current and expected salary as well as date of availability by sending email to [email] For more job opportunity, please visit o
