The Spec Enterprise Resiliency will serve as a subject matter expert in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, collaborating with associates at all levels of the organization to support planning, preparation, and response to business disruptions. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Resiliency, this role will coordinate the development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans, Technology Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management Plans across business lines, systems, and teams.
