Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products. Assist in executing growth campaigns and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Simple Earn, working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams. Help monitor daily Simple Earn product performance, flag product-related issues, and support troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders. Track campaign and growth initiative performance through data analysis, user insights, and feedback; prepare regular reports and share market and competitor insights on Earn and DeFi products. Support research and outreach to token partners, and help explore new collaboration opportunities. Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, including preparing materials and assisting with onboarding to Earn products. Take owner
