We're Hiring | Product Manager Join our fintech team to lead the innovation and optimization of our precious metals trading platform, delivering cutting-edge trading experiences! Location: Hong Kong Employment Type: Full-time Department: Product Our comprehensive packages for you We offer attractive remuneration package, including Annual Leave, Double Pay, Medical Benefits, Holiday and Birthday Benefits, Marriage Leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Promotion Opportunities and Travel Rewards etc. What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities Take ownership of the continuous optimization and iteration of the company's precious metals trading platform (App and Website), enhancing features and user experience based on customer feedback and market demand to ensure efficient, high-speed, stable, and secure performance. Lead the development and delivery of fintech products. Conduct in-depth product research, user interviews, and analysis; define product roadmaps and break them down into phased deliverables; create PRDs, wireframes, and user flow documentation. Manage the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to N, define key product metrics (such as user conversion rate, retention rate, engagement), and continuously optimize through A/B testing and data analysis. Organize cross-functional meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from product initiation to launch.
