Power Platform & Copilot Studio Engineer (x2) Location : Poland, fully remote Anticipated Start Dates : December/January Contract : Initial six-month engagement, with potential for a longer-term extension Project and Role Overview: A leading global banking and financial services company is expanding its use of production AI agents, moving from lower-risk information and summarisation tools to more complex, integrated agentic AI use cases. The project targets 15 production agentic use cases by the end of March 2026, comprising five low-risk, five medium-risk and five high-risk use cases. This is expected to increase to 40 production use cases by the end of March 2027. The Power Platform and Copilot Studio Engineers will contribute across the project, initially supporting agent implementation and mobilisation before moving into enhancement, regression testing, technical support and observability activities. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on configuring, building, testing, deploying and supporting solutions against defined requirements. The successful engineers are responsible for implementing the required agent behaviour effectively and securely. The ideal candidate will have approximately five to six years of relevant experience, including a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and recent, demonstrable commercial experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
