Описание

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a leading financial services organization supporting large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional technology and business teams, driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, and helping teams continuously improve their ways of working. Responsibilities Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives . Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA and other stakeholders to support successful sprint delivery. Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles, practices and ways of working . Identify and remove impediments that may impact delivery timelines or team effectiveness. Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery issues. Support backlog management, prioritization and continuous improvement. Coordinate across multiple technology and business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment. Promote transparency, collaboration and accountability across Agile teams. Requirements Proven experience working as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery professional within a large organization. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
