Responsibilities Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and security solutions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service availability. Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint management platforms. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, server, network, cloud, or cybersecurity roles. Experience in at least one of the following areas: Windows Server, Networking, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Security, or End-user Infrastructure. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, or cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn across multiple infrastructure domains. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
