We are looking for a Pega Lead System Architect to join our Corporate Loans team. In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Pega-based solutions supporting loan origination, loan servicing, and the corporate lending lifecycle. About this opportunity You will join an engineering team within the Corporate Loans Service Domain working with different lending systems. In the team we designs and delivers large-scale Pega solutions in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Architects, and experienced Pega engineers. With us you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team with real architectural ownership in large‑scale corporate banking transformation, within a culture that values performance, learning, and continuous growth. You will work alongside our Pega Architects and collaborate with a wider architecture community across Nordea, giving you strong visibility and influence beyond a single application.You will act as the technical expert for the team, setting the development direction, ensuring scalability and quality, and guiding teams through complex design decisions.
