About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Websites & Owned Media team and contribute to the evolution of our global marketing website. You will design digital experiences that enable prospective clients to discover, understand, and engage effectively with our services. This role integrates UX, UI, visual design, optimization, and digital storytelling. Main Responsibilities Drive design projects from concept to implementation across various digital touchpoints. Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences. Create solutions that align customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Enhance the quality and consistency of our digital experiences through strong visual design. Translate insights and behavioral data into actionable design opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer journeys and design solutions. Help define reusable templates and experience patterns for efficient delivery. Ensure a data-driven design process in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Maintain close coordination with developers for high-quality implementation. Contribute to a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing initiatives. Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design. Proven ability to lead end-to-end design projects.
