Contract : B2B Location : Gdańsk/Trójmiasto Mode : Hybrid (2-3 days per week) Rate : 150-160 PLN/h Introduction & Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Remedy. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of project management experience, particularly in highly regulated environments, with a proven ability to lead complex technology transformation projects through to successful implementation. Main Responsibilities Lead cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation to implementation. Drive project delivery across various stakeholder groups, including application owners and operational teams. Establish and maintain governance aligned with organisational standards. Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and resource plans for successful execution. Coordinate technical remediation and operational improvement initiatives. Facilitate decision-making in a complex matrix organization. Provide high-quality reporting to senior management and governance forums. Support solutions that enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects. Proven success in delivering complex initiatives involving multiple technologies and stakeholders. Strong background in project governance, risk management, and financial control.
