We are looking for a Systems Engineer (Site Reliability Operations) to support technical operations, drive solutions to operational challenges, and coordinate technical teams in delivering projects effectively. This role offers an opportunity to apply your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and resource planning abilities in a collaborative, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Operations: Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational reliability. Technical Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage technical teams to ensure smooth execution of on-site activities and operational tasks. Project Management: Develop project plans, technical specifications, and implementation strategies to achieve project objectives and timelines. Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and other resources to support project delivery. Technical Training: Prepare and conduct technical training for ground teams to ensure proper execution of procedures and tasks.
