Your responsibilities Identity Lifecycle & Governance: Manage day-to-day identity operations (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, control data migration when needed, and monitor compliance-driven access controls. Operations & Project: Balance core operational stability and Quality Assurance with taking over implementation tasks and configuration updates within the IAM platforms. Platform & Tool Management: Maintain, configure, and help evolve our core toolset, specifically focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra, and Ping Identity products. Operational IAM Maintenance & Support: Handle end-user tickets, troubleshoot complex identity/access issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and look for systemic solutions to recurring problems.
