Lead Project Leader - AI Governance & Technology Enablers (IAM, Network & Security) (permanent position) Welcome to Group Technology, where we pride ourselves on engineering solutions and direct Nordea’s transformation by providing a holistic technological view and structured understanding of the bank, and its surrounding environment to enable the Customer Vision and the Business Strategy. Core Technology Change & Delivery is seeking an experienced Lead Project Leader to drive the delivery of critical technology capabilities enabling safe, scalable and compliant AI adoption across Nordea. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of interdependent initiatives spanning AI governance, Identity & Access Management, network connectivity and security. You will translate strategic AI ambitions into executable delivery plans, establish effective governance and coordinate dependencies across architecture, infrastructure, security, risk and business teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that foundational capabilities - including identity and privileged access, secure connectivity, network segmentation, platform controls and enterprise guardrails - are delivered in a coordinated, transparent and predictable manner.
