Position Overview - SteerBridge is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support mission-critical operations in a secure, controlled data environment. This role focuses on advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting to drive informed decision-making at leadership levels. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities - Analyze large, relational datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, shortages, degraders, and operational inefficiencies. - Translate complex data into actionable insights that support leadership and operational decision-making. - Write, maintain, and optimize production-ready SQL using Amazon Redshift and Oracle SQL Developer, leveraging advanced techniques such as CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and aggregations. - Troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple sources and implement validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity. - Support and maintain ETL pipelines and automated data workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and validation. - Develop automated processes using scheduling and orchestration tools such as cron, AWS services, Airflow, or equivalent technologies. - Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate data pulls, file processing, pipeline validation, and other recurring processes. - Develop and maintain automated reports and dash
