About the role RFOptix is seeking an experienced and certified Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex hardware and software programs across our high-speed test and measurement product lines, including BERT systems, sampling oscilloscopes, and the software platforms that power them. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and product delivery, and is critical to ensuring on-time, on-budget execution across multidisciplinary teams spanning hardware design, FPGA, software, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end project management for hardware and software development programs, from kickoff through delivery and production handoff Define and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and risk registers across concurrent programs Drive structured program reviews, design reviews, and cross-functional milestone tracking Manage dependencies between hardware (PCB, RF, mechanical) and software (instrument control, firmware, FPGA, data analysis) workstreams Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and blockers across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing Coordinate cross-functional teams across Thailand, India, and global partners to ensure alignment and execution Support NPI and production readiness transitions, ensuring design handoffs meet quality and schedule requirements Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership on program status, risks, and decisions requir
