As a Workplace & Security Engineer Intern, you’ll design, automate, and secure the internal systems Maki runs on every day, from laptop provisioning and access management to the controls and processes that keep our people, devices, and data safe. What you’ll be working on Building automation that removes manual work from our IT and security operations (provisioning, access reviews, reporting) so they scale with the company Deploying and hardening our macOS fleet through MDM: enrollment, role-based app sets, security baselines, patch compliance, and encryption Owning identity and access management across our tools: onboarding and offboarding workflows, least-privilege access, SSO and MFA hygiene Defining and maintaining workplace and security processes, and helping Maki meet the certification, customer, and regulatory requirements that come with them Monitoring our environment, running vulnerability assessments on our internal tools and infrastructure, and following findings through to remediation Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, seeing them through to resolution, and turning the recurring ones into something that doesn’t come back This role is for you if...
