Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and supporting users in their day-to-day work? Noratel is looking for an IT Technician to join our IT team and support the operation, maintenance, and development of our IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network services across the organization. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments, supporting both local and global IT initiatives while contributing to a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. Role Purpose Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and business systems. The role supports users across the organization, resolves technical issues, and contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities User Support Diagnose and resolve users’ day-to-day software and hardware issues Provide direct and remote support to IT system users Assist the IT team in daily operational activities Hardware & Software Administration Install and configure computer hardware, office equipment, and required applications Perform installation and replacement of computer hardware and network cabling Infrastructure Administration Maintain, install, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Network I
