Описание

YOU WILL Lead the Infrastructure (DBA + Unix/Linux) team delivering operational and engineering outcomes for critical services and vendor-underpinned platforms. Own team delivery end-to-end: demand intake, prioritisation, execution, and reporting. Drive improvements in monitoring/alerting and performance across infrastructure and databases. Establish and uphold engineering and operational standards (documentation, peer review, quality controls, runbooks, change practices) and measure outcomes to improve team performance. Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to build capability and uplift engineers into a high-performing infrastructure function. Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team. MUST HAVE 3+ years leading engineers/technical specialists and providing technical direction in an enterprise environment. Proven experience transforming a team into a high-performing function. Strong DBA (Oracle & Postgres) and/or Unix/Linux Skills Proven experience maintaining highly available, low-latency systems in a regulated industry (preferably banking, fintech, or insurance). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (performance troubleshooting, stability, capacity, incident analysis). Fluency in written and spoken English; comfortable working in a multi-cultured/global environment. Working experience in Agile methodologies. Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment. Strong documentation, collaboration, and ownership mindset. NICE T
