At Cyclad, we work with top international IT companies to help them deliver cutting-edge technologies that shape the future. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join an international team working on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The project focuses on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic Core Banking platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document requirements related to data, reporting, and governance, translating them into features and user stories for development teams Project information: Type of project: IT services Office locations: Gdańsk or Warszawa, Poland Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office Budget: 80–95 PLN net/hour – B2B Project length: Long-term Start date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability) Your responsibilities: Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders Document requirements as features and user stories Drive the requirements process independently from collection through documentation and handover to developers Analyse data-related requirements within a complex banking environment Work with CDW and reporting-related processes Support data governance and data mapping activities Work closely with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood Analyse complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within
