Are you curious, proactive and eager to learn how a modern IT organization operates? Join the IT Governance team and work closely with senior leaders, supporting strategic initiatives, executive reporting and cross-functional coordination across T-Mobile Polska and Deutsche Telekom. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to IT governance, transformation, budgeting and executive decision-making. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to grow into a future IT Governance, PMO or (Technology) Leadership position. What tasks await you? Support IT leadership in day-to-day coordination and strategic initiatives Prepare analyses, reports and executive presentations Coordinate activities across various IT teams and stakeholders Monitor deadlines, action items and follow up on key initiatives Support preparation of management and board materials Assist in IT governance, budgeting and reporting activities Take part in transformation and organizational improvement projects What skills will be appreciated? 2-5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project coordination or executive support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills Ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and recommendations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent Polish and Engli
