Location: Warsaw Language: English, Polish Application deadline: 10.08.2026 Main purpose of the position The Junior Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer supports the development and operation of the People Data Hub by implementing and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, and data quality controls within Microsoft Fabric. The role works closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure reliable ingestion, processing, and delivery of HR data for reporting and analytics. The position contributes to maintaining secure, well-documented, and operationally stable data solutions while gaining hands-on experience with modern data platform technologies. Through day-to-day delivery activities, the role helps improve data consistency, automation, and scalability across the organization. What you’ll do: Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to ingest, transform, and prepare HR data for reporting and analytics. Develop and support data transformations following established Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) patterns.
