Job Responsibilities Experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions while adhering to established software development standards and best practices. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application designs and software solutions. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using J2EE technologies and industry best practices. Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture, application design, and technology recommendations. Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring compliance with coding standards and security guidelines. Conduct impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical feasibility assessments for new initiatives and system enhancements. Develop and execute unit test cases and support integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production implementation activities. Investigate and resolve application defects, production incidents, and performance issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
