Hi! We are Spyrosoft Synergy We are looking for an experienced Lead Qt/QML Developer to join an international team working on a large-scale desktop application built with Qt, QML, and modern C++ . In this role, you will contribute to the development of a mature product used globally, influence architectural decisions, and support other engineers in delivering high-quality software. As a Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams, helping shape technical solutions while mentoring team members and promoting engineering best practices. Tech stack: Qt QML C++ Desktop Applications embedded CI/CD Code Reviews Testing Windows/macOS Agile Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience in software development Strong commercial experience with C++ (including modern C++) Experience developing desktop applications using Qt and QML Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns Experience working with large codebases and long-term software projects as well as smaller and more agile ones Familiarity with version control systems, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in an international environment English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken) Nice to have Experience with Windows and/or macOS development environments Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Experienc
