About the team: As xLab, we're responsible for building the Design System for Allegro. We aren't a typical "feature-building" team - we are an internal unit with significant independence and ownership. We're looking for an Android Developer to help us create new components and strengthen our Developer Value Proposition. We don't just build components; we co-create the environment and the engineering culture surrounding how our Design System is used across the company. Our team develops native web and mobile components that are crucial elements of Allegro’s Design System. You'll cooperate closely with other Android developers and will be responsible for creating and maintaining elements of the UI. Important things for you: Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work. The salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost): PLN [phone] gross . What You'll Do: Design, develop, test, and deploy UI components, ensuring high quality, performance, and responsiveness. Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
