Software Engineer 2 The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners. What you’ll achieve: As a Software Engineer, you will implement features, fix defects, and contribute unit/integration tests under guidance. You will learn best practices and participate in design discussions. What you’ll achieve As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions. You will: Design and develop manufacturing diagnostics software for platforms and peripherals using a range of applicable technologies (e.g. Programming languages, compilers, assemblers and other tools) and state-of-the-art software engineering methodologies. Deliver products within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines. Develop and support applications, databases, diagnostics, scripts, firmware, drivers, and BIOS utilities. Develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software. Provide sustaining or maintenance
