At BlackScore, we build AI-native intelligence fusion platforms trusted by law enforcement . Our technology transforms massive volumes of raw data into actionable intelligence, helping analysts make faster,smarter decisions at national scale. We are looking for curious, ambitious engineers who want to build impactful AI-powered systems from day one. You’ll contribute toproduction systems immediately, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies used in real-world environments. If you enjoy solving complex problems, learning quickly, and building products that matter, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do As part of our engineering team, you will: Build real features used by real customers Own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models Work across TypeScript, Go, Python, graph databases, AI APIs, and real-time analytics systems Integrate AI solutions into production environments Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions Maintain clear technical documentation for systems and architectures Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply innovative approaches to improve our platforms What We’re Looking For We’re looking forbuilders, problem-solvers, and fast learners who are excited to work with modern AI technologies and solve real-world challenges.
