The Role We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive the Group’s cybersecurity strategy, architecture, governance and operational capabilities across a geographically distributed organisation. What You Will Do Lead the Group cybersecurity strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap. Establish consistent security governance, policies, control standards and risk-management processes across business entities and regions. Define and implement enterprise security architecture covering network, cloud, endpoint, identity, workload, email, web and data security. Embed security requirements into technology projects, cloud migrations, system integrations and digital initiatives. Lead vulnerability, exposure and external attack-surface management. Oversee security operations including SIEM, EDR, detection engineering, threat hunting, threat intelligence and managed SOC services. Establish a coordinated Cybersecurity Incident Response capability and lead major incident response where required. Develop cyber-resilience programmes covering secure backups, recovery testing and business continuity. Strengthen cybersecurity across logistics and operational technology environments, including warehouse systems, automation, robotics, fleet technology and EDI/API integrations. Drive identity, privileged-access, cloud, data-security and secure-AI initiatives. Ensure cybersecurity practices remain aligned with recognised frameworks and applicable regulatory requirements
